Logging is always free

Odolo logs every drive, with the app closed, for free, for as long as you use it. Your logbook is never incomplete because of money, subscribed or not.

Why 15 free reviews a month

Reviewing a drive means saying whether it was business or private, what it was for and who you visited. The first 15 drives of each calendar month are free to review. From the 16th, drives are still logged and counted in the month’s kilometres, and wait for you to review them. A subscription unlocks them all, including the ones already waiting, and lets you send, save and share your reports.

Apps that limit how many drives they log make people ration tracking and miss drives. Odolo limits reviewing instead: enough to try it on real drives, with the subscription for when it’s part of your week.

Early installs are free for good

If you installed Odolo from the App Store in its first 30 days there, every drive and every report is free for good, with no subscription. Odolo checks the date with the App Store on your iPhone, and Settings › Subscription says “Free for good”. TestFlight and other beta installs don’t count, whatever their date.

The subscription

Monthly or yearly, VAT included, sold by Apple at the price the app shows for your country. The yearly plan starts with a free trial if you have never had one; the app shows how long it lasts and the day the first payment is due. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you aren’t charged.

Restore Purchases

On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, open Settings › Subscription in Odolo and tap Restore purchases (it’s on the subscription screen too). Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Cancelling

In Odolo, open Settings › Subscription and tap Manage subscription; or, on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the subscription renews. You keep it until the end of the period you paid for, and the months you paid for stay unlocked. A free trial you cancel runs to its end. The drives you reviewed during it stay reviewed; after it, each month’s drives beyond the first 15 that you haven’t reviewed wait for a subscription, its own month included, as for any free install. For a refund, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Delete everything, in Odolo’s Settings, erases your logbook from your iPhone and your iCloud. How your data is handled is in the privacy notice.
